Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping (Within India):
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
- For COD orders, shipping charges will depend on the delivery location and will be automatically calculated at checkout.

International Shipping:
- Delivery charges depend on the country of purchase and will be calculated at checkout.
- Free international shipping on orders above ₹25,000.
Estimated Delivery Time

Within India:
- Orders are dispatched in 3 to 5 working days through a trusted courier service.
- It takes about 1-3 working days in transit to deliver the order, depending on the location.
- Due to the current COVID-19 situation, dispatches may be slightly delayed.

International Orders:
- Orders are dispatched in 3 to 5 working days.
- It takes about 7-10 working days in transit to deliver the order, depending on the location.
- COVID-19-related delays may occur.

- Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather conditions, transportation delays, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Insurance
- Briiela insures each purchase during transit until it is delivered to you.
- A signature is required upon delivery, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
- If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example, as a gift), their signature at the delivery address is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Briiela and transfer of responsibility.
Taxes & Duties
- Domestic Orders (Within India): Taxes and duties are included in the product price.
- International Orders: Import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Briiela has no control over these charges, as customs policies vary from country to country. For questions related to custom charges, please contact your local customs office.
Tracking Details
- Once your shipment is booked, tracking details will be shared with you via email or message.
- If the tracking details do not provide sufficient information or if it shows a message like ‘Contact Customer Care’, please contact the courier's customer care from their website. They will assist you with delivery according to your convenience.
