Return and Refund Policy for Briiela

1. No Refund Policy

At Briiela, we do not offer refunds on any of our products. Due to the nature of our jewelry items, all sales are final. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out to our customer service team with any questions or concerns before making a purchase.

2. Exchange Policy for Damaged Products

We only offer exchanges for products that are damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. To report a damaged product and initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and detailed information about the damage, including photographs if possible.
  • Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions for returning the damaged item.

3. Exchange Process

Once we receive the damaged product and verify the damage, we will process your exchange. If the same product is available, we will send a replacement. If the product is out of stock, we will offer you a refund for the damaged item.

4. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be reported as damaged within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • Domestic Orders (within India): For exchanges due to damaged goods, Briiela will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for returning the damaged item.
  • International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for international exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns to ensure the safe delivery of the product back to us.
